MP Wadud Bhuiyan inaugurates academic building of JSN Residential High School in Dewanpara

Wadud Bhuiyan, MP for Khagrachhari constituency 298 and Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs, inaugurated the newly constructed academic building of J.S.N. Residential High School in Dewanpara, Guimara Upazila of Khagrachhari.
The project cost of the building, which was constructed under the implementation of the Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board, was estimated at 2 crore taka.
The formalities of various day-long programs began with the inauguration of the newly constructed building at Dewanpara J.S.N. Residential High School on Friday afternoon.

Chief guest MP Wadud Bhuiyan said at the event that education is the key to the development and progress of a nation. The current government is implementing various developmental programs to ensure quality education opportunities for students in remote hilly areas. At the same time, the MP called on everyone to work together to further improve the educational environment along with the infrastructural development of educational institutions in remote areas.
Among others, Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board Rangamati Chairman Major General (retd) Anup Kumar Chakma, Vice Chairman Sheikh Saleh Ahmed, Acting Matiranga Zone Commander Major Mohammad Altaf Mahmud Rubel, Guimara Region G2I Major Ziauddin Ahmed, Upazila Executive Officer Miskatul Tamanna were present.
