
NDB's press conference : Strict measures to improve worsening crime situation demanded
A press conference demanding strict measures to stop looting, mugging, terrorism, extortion, murder, and rape was held on Friday at 4:00 PM at the Bijoy Auditorium on Topkhana Road in the city.
The written statement was read by by Momin Mahadi, Chairman of Natundhara Bangladesh NDB.
Presidium Member Rashed Mia, Senior Vice Chairman Shanta Farzana, Acting Secretary General Kazi Munni Alam, Joint Secretary General Wazed Rana, Organizing Secretary Bithi Hawlader, among others were present.
On the occasion, Momin Mahadi said: “Today the nation cries out in despair for freedom from the politics of brutality. Every day, people are being devastated by ruthless incidents of mugging, robbery, murder, rape, terrorism, rising commodity prices, and corruption. To liberate the nation from these atrocities, Natundhara Bangladesh NDB is on the streets—and will remain on the streets.”
