Regional workshop held at Bagerhat Shrimp Research Center

A regional workshop on "Annual Research Progress Review (2024-2025) and Formulation of Research Project Proposals (2025-2026)" was organized by the Shrimp Research Center of Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute, Bagerhat on Sunday morning.
The Head of Discipline of Khulna University and Head of the AKMRT Discipline Department, Professor Dr. Md. Golam Sarwar, was present as the chief guest in this workshop at the hall room of Bagerhat Shrimp Research Center. The workshop was presided over by Md. Shahidul Islam, Chief Scientific Officer of Shrimp Research Center, Bagerhat. Md. Jahangir Alam, Khulna Divisional Director of the Department of Fisheries was present as special guests.
Dr. Md. Latiful Islam, Chief Scientific Officer of Brackish Water Center, Paikgachha, Khulna. Dr. Md. Aminur Rahman, Professor of Fisheries Marine Bioscience, Jessore University of Science and Technology. Md. Monirul Mamun, Representative of Senior Director were present.
Besides , teachers, students of various universities, fish farmers, entrepreneurs, representatives of print and electronic media, and representatives of various levels of the Fisheries Research Institute participated in this workshop.
