Salahuddin Memorial Cricket Tournament held in Dohar

On the occasion of Youth Festival, Salahuddin Bepari Memorial Cricket Tournament was held at Dohar in Dhaka on Friday afternoon.
The tournament was inaugurated at the grounds of Narisha High School and Narisha Union Parishad office. The event was inaugurated by Sultana Ahmed, wife of the late Salahuddin Bepari, a renowned sports and education enthusiast.
The inauguration ceremony was presided over by Dr. Abul Kalam, a valiant freedom fighter, wartime commander, and former chairman of Narisha Union Parishad.
Among those present at the event were: Monirul Islam Jibon Bepari, Vice-President of Dohar Upazila BNP, Md. Farhad Hossain, Freedom Fighter, Ibrahim Khalil Shobuj, Freedom Fighter Dr. Lokman, Engineer Manjurul Alam, Dr. Mahfuz Abir, Social worker Sulaiman Shikder, President of the Business Association Atiar Rahman, Delowar Khalashi, Mizanur Rahman Khokon Bepari, Azizul Bepari, Gazi Mohiuddin, social workers Jamal Talukdar, Sheikh Joydar Ali, and Moyazzem Hossain and UP Member Abdul Ali Member, Kabir, and Surjobanu, among others.
