Speech on 'Achievements and Contributions of Faculty of Fine Arts' on DU Day

A lecture titled 'Achievements and Contributions of the Faculty of Fine Arts' was held at the Osman Jamal Auditorium on Thursday at the initiative of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dhaka University. Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Prof Dr. Abdus Salam was present as the chief guest at the event.
This lecture was organized on the occasion of the 105th founding anniversary of Dhaka University.
Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof Dr. Md. Azharul Islam Sheikh presided over the program, and Professor Reza Asad Al Huda of the Department of Graphic Design spoke as the special guest. Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology, Professor Dr. Syed Azizul Haque spoke as the keynote speaker. Professor AAM Kawsar Hasan of the Department of Sculpture conducted the program.
Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Prof Dr. Abdus Salam highlighted the importance of the Faculty of Fine Arts in national life and said that this faculty has historically been organizing national events like the Bengali New Year celebration and the Ananda Shobhajatra.
