BNP Joint Secretary General and MP from Narsingdi-1 Sadar constituency Khairul Kabir Khokon said, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of the fascist government is a death row convict in this country's justice system for crimes against humanity and genocide. But how shameless is the Indian government for sheltering such an illegal and unconstitutional government for a long time!

They basically supported a specific person and party, excluding the 180 million people of Bangladesh. Through this, India's duplicity, double standard character and double policy have become clear today.

On August 5, when millions of people took to the streets to get rid of the dictator Sheikh Hasina, when 180 million people were bleeding, on that very day we saw the Indian government giving Sheikh Hasina the opportunity to hold a press conference and express her views in the media. Later, when the Bangladesh government's Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a strong diplomatic protest, they irresponsibly claimed that they knew nothing about this.

At the time, Khairul Kabir Khokon said that their statement amounted to extreme contempt and neglect towards Bangladesh and added that this incident is proof of how India evaluates Bangladesh. And that is why today there has been intense anxiety, concern and anger among the general public of the country.

He made these remarks while attending the special remembrance, honors and documentary screening ceremony on July 36 at Shishu Academy organized by the United Narsingdi Alliance on Saturday afternoon as the chief guest.

Present at the event were Sanjida Islam Tuli, MP for the reserved women's seat, Civil Surgeon Dr. Bulbul Kabir, Narsingdi 100-bed District Hospital Superintendent Mizanur Rahman, District BNP Vice President Harun Or Rashid, District Chhatra Dal President Siddiqur Rahman Nahid, along with family members and injured people of the martyrs of the July Uprising.
