Extra rent by setting up unauthorized animal hats, administration inactive in Amtali

Farhad Talukder, a leaseholder of Kachupatra Hat-Bazar of Barguna Taltali Upazila, and his associate upazila BNP member Naya Mia Howlader, Idris Howlader and Nizam Uddin Sardar were approved on Sunday. Local Zahirul Islam complained against them at the Barguna Deputy Commissioner's Office on April 23. But two months have passed since the Upazila Executive Officer and Barguna Deputy Commissioner did not take any action to stop the unauthorized cattle hut. He demanded the closure of the cattle hut.
It was reported that in March, Taltali Upazila Executive Officer called for the tender of Kachupatra Hat-Bazaar. Farhad Talukder got the lease of the hut as the highest bidder. But there was no lease in the cattle hut. At the beginning of the month of Baisakh, the leaseholder BNP member Naya Mia Hawlader, Idris Howlader, Nizam Uddir Sardar, Sharikkhali Union Jubo Dal member Kausar Howlader and Sharikkhali Union Parishad member Sohail Mia were present. Locals protested, but they did not accept it. Locals have demanded that the faster leaseholder, Farhad Talukder and his associates be able to set up an unauthorized cattle animal hut.
The complainant Md. Zahirul Islam said that the leaseholder Farhad Talukder and his allies BNP leaders were influentially collecting extra rent by setting up unauthorized cattle huts. I have complained to the Deputy Commissioner of Barguna to stop the installation of this unauthorized animal hut. But after two months, he did not take any action.
Farhad Talukdar, a leaseholder of the Kachupatra Bazar, admitted to set up an unauthorized cattle hut and said, "I have been falsely accused. Taltali Upazila Executive Officer Umme Salma said, "I have received the complaint. Action will be taken to close the hut of unauthorized animal huts.
Barguna Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Safiul Alam said that after receiving the complaint, I have directed the Taltali Upazila Executive Officer to take effective measures.
