Kamal resigns from party post as Youth and Sports Secretary of Muksudpur Upazila AL

Kamaruzzaman Kamal, Youth and Sports Affairs Secretary of Muksudpur Upazila Awami League in Gopalganj, has resigned from his party position on Saturday at 11:00 AM. He announced his resignation through a press conference held at the Muksudpur Upazila Press Club office.
In the press conference, Kamaruzzaman Kamal stated that he had been serving as the Youth and Sports Affairs Secretary of Muksudpur Upazila Awami League for a long time. “I am suffering from heart disease and various other physical ailments. It is no longer possible for me to remain active in politics with such health issues. I am voluntarily retiring from all political activities of Bangladesh Awami League and hereby declare that I will not be involved in any political activities from now on,” he said.
It is mentioning that Kamaruzzaman Kamal Mia is a resident of Tengrakhola village in Ward No. 6 of Muksudpur Municipality in Gopalganj’s Muksudpur Upazila and a businessman in the Sadar Bazar area.
