
Martial Arts certificate, belt distribution ceremony held in Joypurhat

A certificate and belt distribution ceremony was held in Joypurhat for martial arts karate trainees who have acquired modern self-defense skills using bare hands.
Organized by King Queen Gym & Karate Academy, the event was held at 11:30 AM on Saturday.
Joypurhat Deputy Commissioner Afroza Akter Chowdhury attended as the chief guest and distributed certificates and belts among the trainees based on their category and performance.
The event was presided over by A.S.M. Titas Mostafa, founding director of Joypurhat Matribhumi Autism School. Special guests included District Sports Officer Gautam Kumar Sarkar and Joint Secretary of the Bangladesh Karate Federation Kabir Akbar Chowdhury Taj.
Under the supervision of academy director and head instructor Amanullah Aman, the belt ceremony followed a karate competition. A total of 23 trainees were awarded:14 Yellow Belts 5 Orange Belts 2 Green Belts 1 Blue Belt 1 Brown Belt
The event was attended by the guardians of trainees, respected community members, and journalists from various print and electronic media.
