Minister of Social Welfare and Women and Children Affairs Professor Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain said, the current Prime Minister Tarique Rahman wants to build a humane Bangladesh. To build a humane Bangladesh, we need to bring together everyone, including the people around you who are hungry, the people who are financially weak, and the people who are educationally backward. Only then can we build a humane Bangladesh.

No person in society can be left out. What is his religion, caste, or political beliefs is not our concern. We have to pull every person in society.

The minister made these remarks while speaking as the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the skill development training program under the Quality of Life Improvement Program for the Underprivileged Population organized at the District Social Complex Conference Room (Tithido) in Ghasipara, Dinajpur on Wednesday .

The minister also said, in a daily newspaper today, I saw a party leader say that the budget that was passed is almost close to our shadow budget. Many have tried to say different things about the Bangladesh Nationalist Party's budget of 938,000 crore taka. But today they are admitting that Mr. Tarique Rahman does not dream the dream just for the sake of dreaming.

Dinajpur District Social Services Office Deputy Director Md. Abdul Matin presented the program, chaired by Deputy Commissioner Md. Rafiqul Islam. Dinajpur Sadar-3 MP Syed Jahangir Alam, Dinajpur Police Superintendent Zedan Al Musa, Rangpur Divisional Social Services Office Director (Deputy Secretary) Zilufa Sultana, Dinajpur District Council Administrator Mofazzal Hossain Dulal, Civil Seven Doctor Golam Rasul Rakhi, and Dinajpur District BNP General Secretary Bobakhtiar Ahmed Kochi were present as special guests.
