Tin fence theft in Mirzapur Bawar Kumarjani area

A group of thieves has stolen a tin fence provided for the security of a house in Mirzapur, Tangail.
The incident took place on Friday night in Madhyapara of Bawar Kumarjani village, ward no. 5 of the municipality. This incident has created panic and anger among the locals. The group of thieves removed about 20/25 feet of two parts of the tin fence at night. The owner of the house, Haji Abdur Rauf Dulal and his younger brother, Haji Abdul Alim (Alal), informed this information in the morning.
Haji Abdul Alim Alal said that they rented the house to a person named Karim for a poultry farm. They had installed a tin fence in the front of the house for security. In one part, there was a tin gate to enter the house. The gate was locked from inside the house. On Friday night, a group of thieves removed two parts of the tin fence. Meanwhile, the theft of the fence provided for the security of the house by a group of thieves has created panic and anger among the locals. Village residents Haji Azahar Ali and Sohel Mia said that to protect the lives and property of people, they build fences for the security of the house as per their ability. Now the situation has become such that the fences are also being stolen. If this is the case, then there is no security for the lives and property of people inside the house. Haji Abdur Abdur Rouf said that a written complaint will be filed with the police station in this regard.
Mirzapur Police Station OC Muhammad Rashedul Islam said that the matter is not known. Legal action will be taken if a complaint is received.
