The July Mass Uprising Day 2025 was observed in Baliadangi upazila of Thakurgaon on Tuesday.
The Day was commemorated through a program organized by the upazila administration at the Upazila Parishad conference room.
On this occasion, a discussion meeting and prayer session were held under the presidency of Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mofizur Rahman.
Speakers at the event included Baliadangi Police Station Officer-in-Charge Shawkat Ali Sarkar, Upazila Agriculture Officer Sajjad Hossain Sohel, Upazila Engineer Mainul Islam, Student Coordinator Robiul Islam, Baliadangi Press Club President N. M. Nurul Islam, Joint General Secretary Jane Alam, along with journalists from both print and electronic media.
Additionally, separate victory rallies were brought out by Baliadangi Upazila BNP and Jamaat-Shibir.
During the event, speakers highlighted the significance of the July Mass Uprising and the vital role played by students and the public. They emphasized the need to ensure that no fascist force can ever rise again in Bangladesh.
