BNP's victory procession in Boalkhali

A colourful victory procession was held in Boalkhali under the joint initiative of the Upazila and Municipality BNP on Tuesday.
The victory procession was held under the joint initiative of the Boalkhali Upazila and Municipality BNP and its affiliated organizations to mark the one-year anniversary of the fall of the fascist government. This procession was held under the direction of Alhaj Mostaq Ahmed Khan, former member secretary of Chittagong South District BNP and current senior member of the district committee.
On this occasion, a discussion meeting and victory procession were held at the Kalurghat Zia Smriti Sangsad office.
The discussion meeting was chaired by former joint convener of Boalkhali Municipality BNP AM Kamal Uddin, and Boalkhali Upazila BNP Senior Joint Convener Alhaj Nurunnabi Chowdhury spoke as the chief guest, while Boalkhali Municipality BNP former member secretary Yusuf Chowdhury spoke as the main speaker.
Former members of the Municipality BNP Syed Mozammel Haque, Rafiqul Islam, Nurul Kabir, Ilias Chowdhury, Jahangir Alam Master, Jasim Uddin Chowdhury, Kazi Kamal Uddin, Dula Mia Member, Harunur Rashid Chowdhury, Jane Alam, Mofizur Rahman, Advocate Anwar Chowdhury, Sirajul Islam, Kalo Abul Mansur, Haji Musa, Jahangir Alam Khokon, Khalek Sawdagor, Hashi Mia, Boalkhali Municipality Jubo Dal Senior Joint Convener Jahirul Islam Russell, former Associate Organizing Secretary Jahangir Alam, Municipality Volunteer Dal Convener Morshed Alam, Joint Convener Amir Hasan Jewel, former Convener of the Municipality Workers' Party Harun, former Member Secretary Saiful Reza, Jubo Dal Leader Hasan, Nazim, Saloman, Faisal, Ershad Mehdi, Rakib, Rafi, Rahat, former joint convener of Upazila Chhatra Dal Mohammad Faisal, student leader Arafat Chowdhury and many other leaders were present.
In his speech as the chief guest, Alhaj Nurunnabi Chowdhury said, "Through a long 17 years of movement and struggle, on this day last year, we liberated the people of Bangladesh from the hands of the former dictatorial Prime Minister and fascist government of the Awami League, and BNP gifted the people of this country a new freedom."
The procession started from the Kalurghat Zia Memorial Parliament Office and ended at the Kalurghat Petrol Pump and returned to the Zia Memorial Parliament Office.
