
Training workshop on file tracking held in BRUR

A workshop on the proper use of the file tracking system has been held at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur to bring dynamism to academic and administrative work.
On the first day of the two-day workshop held in the virtual classroom of Academic Building-2 on Wednesday morning, the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Dr. Md. Shawkat Ali, was present as the chief guest.
At this time, the Vice-Chancellor said that the file tracking system will greatly reduce the time for file transfer, processing and disposal. It will also ensure transparency and accountability in the administrative activities of the university. The Vice-Chancellor said that the teachers, officers and employees of the university will get a detailed idea about this new system from such workshops. He called on everyone to work together to move Begum Rokeya University forward.
The training workshop was chaired by the Director of Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Prof Dr. Md. Tajul Islam and was addressed as a special guest by the University Registrar Dr. Md. Harun-or Rashid. During this, the various technical aspects of the file tracking system and its use were discussed by the Network Engineer of Berobi ICT Cell, Md. Belal Hossain. Officers and employees of various departments of Begum Rokeya University participated in the said training workshop. At that time, Additional Director of Berobi IQAC, Dr. Md. Abdul Latif and Dr. Md. Abdur Rakib were present.
